I have discovered that the Topic/Subject/Title length when creating a post is limited to 60 characters

It's 120 characters - viewtopic.php?t=2657989

I now realize that the 60-character limit was in phpBB 3.0.14. In 3.3.13, it is 120 characters. So, I am all set. Thank you for your help!
