[3.3.x] Support Forum • Lost user avatars

This can't be a new issue, but I can't find another post about it.

I had to completely rebuild my forum. I deleted and reinstalled phpBB v3.3.11, restored the database from the backup, and uploaded all the avatar files. None of the users avatars are displayed. The little cloud looking avatar is shown.

I give. Short of making each user redo their avatar, how do I fix this?
