[3.3.x] Support Forum • Banned IP, redux...

I just read through viewtopic.php?t=2655940 and I have a similar issue but a different question.

If someone attempts to register from a banned IP, is that event logged anywhere in one of the admin log files ? I checked all the logs and didn't see any relevant log entry. Seems like something like that would be logged somewhere...
