Totally understand, it certainly helps if your knowledgeable in such things as there are so many settings to learn and understandI know I should probably set up cloudflare but I just don't feel comfortable doing it as I'm not that knowledgeable of this kind of thing.
I am on the pro package and there is still no support unless you go to Business option, you can use their forum but its a slow process getting answers to questions.
I have started using ChatGTP which has been brilliant and a great tutor
