@PaulyWalnuts, these smart guys could tell you about the metadata you are using. I don't really mess with that stuff.
But your <title>The Vape Workshop – DIY E-Liquid, Flavour & Coil Building Community</title> line will show the same title on all pages.
The phpBB team has put in place all of those IF statements to show you the forum and topics you are in. They are there for a reason.
I believe they help the search engine to find specific topics by adding the topic titles in your main header<title>
I'm sure theCoalman could explain all of that much better than I can. He has extensive knowledge in just about everything.

You should really use that setup for the <title>. Of course if theCoalman doesn't recoment that setup, then you should at least use what he posted.
