I'm at the tail end of moving an existing forum to a new host and simultaneously updating it to 3.3.15.
The good news is that, thanks to the extensive documentation here, I was able to do this 99% successfully. The board is up, running, people are using it, all the posts, attachments, user accounts, etc. are intact. But...certain links have been mangled/malformed in the process.
This only seems to happen to "naked" links that are not enclosed in URL tags. For instance (in code tags so the URLs won't process):
Obviously that won't load properly!
And I probably did something wrong during the transfer/update process so let me be the first to throw myself under that bus
Is there an easy way, or any way, to fix this?
Thanks!![Smile :)]()

Code:
The original link was https://somedomain.com/somepageNow that link appears with the "https:" greyed out and the rest of the link "//somedomain.com/somepage" in the usual blue color that denotes automatic link parsing. And the URL that automatically parsed link is now changed to https:/forumdomain.com/%3A//somedomain.com/somepage.And I probably did something wrong during the transfer/update process so let me be the first to throw myself under that bus
