This has gone from bad to much worse. I read your post then tried to log in to make changes. The response to the log in attempt is: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again." Several times, same result. Tried the option: "I forgot my password" Entered my email address, Submit, exactly the same error: The submitted form was invalid..." Closed the browser and tried several more times. Same error.
Switched to Chrome browser and sucessfully logged on.
In ACP, Board Configuration, User registration settings, Account activation: By admin. I do want confirmation before users can post, but allow anyone to read. I presume that if the option "By user" is selected then the user is approved when they have verified their email address. I would prefer an admin approval first, but maybe that is unrealistic.
Your thoughts on this please.
Now to reboot my computer and try to get back in with MS Edge browser.
