When you are not used to phpBB updates it is strongly recommended to use the Full Package method

Or ... the Changed files package (but you shouldn't forget to also replace the /docs, /install (naturally) and /vendor.

Since you've started the Advanced Update , you should clear browser and board cache before starting a new update process, perferably using the full package.
